Family Safety

Online safety & parental controls

How we keep children safe when they share prayers, testimonies and feedback — and how parents can control those features.

Being safe online

Some parts of this app let you send freeform messages, photos and media to our pastoral team. Anything shared online can be seen, saved or forwarded by other people, so please keep these reminders in mind.

  • Never share your home address, school, passwords or bank details with people you do not know.
  • Anything you send here may be read by our pastoral team — only share what an adult you trust would be happy to read.
  • Photos, videos and voice notes can be shared onward by others. Think before you send media.
  • If a message ever makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, stop and tell a parent, guardian or church leader.
  • Children should only chat with people they know in real life — friends, family and known church contacts.

Chatting with people you know

Praiseland has no open chat rooms, public profiles or messaging between users. Messages go only to our pastoral team, or to a church contact number the family already knows. Children should never arrange to meet or chat with a stranger they met online.

Reporting a concern

If content or a message worries you, contact us immediately at praiselandtv1@gmail.com and we will review and remove it.

Parental controls

Adults can choose how much of the sharing and social functionality is available on this device. Settings apply immediately to every form in the app.
